Dream: Submarines??

So last night I had a dream that I was on a submarine. The first part I can remember is surfacing and finding lots of red entrails on top of the sub. The next thing I know, the entire sub's crew including me is treading water. Suddenly, I'm pulled under. I thrash about, but soon for some reason, I'm able to see clear as day. What do I see? A bunch of other sailors and crew kinda suspended... neutrally buoyant if you will with their life vests partially inflated. Then people start disappearing and I wonder what's going on only to find out that only some of us can move while the rest are just kinda stuck in suspended animation. I along with some of the other crew members begin dragging people to shore. In the meantime, I think other people are being eaten or something by creatures that look like they're from Starship Troopers.

I wake up. Still tired, I go back to sleep. =D

Now I remember finding myself on a beach with a bunch of friends. We trek our way across the beach to some random house whereby there is a man who is got the most bizarre ailment. He has a hole in his chest and you can see a fire burning in his body cavity. WTF?!?!

On a side note, somewhere amongst this dream, I remember seeing my Recombinant DNA Techniques teacher at a supermarket along with a bunch of my friends. I also remember something about laundry detergent and a huge commotion about it... not sure why though.

Anyhow, continuing on with the house, the man suddenly starts screaming and explodes. Uh. Yeah. Then one of our crew members has bugs shoot out of his shoulders. I have no idea what's going on, but we somehow decide to enter the house and save its inhabitants. Thinking about it now, I can't see how that could be a good idea. I also remember fighting a bunch of guys dressed in black suits, kinda like MIB.

I'm trying to decide if that was a nightmare or just kinda cool. Too bad I only remember fragments.
